I am contacting you to offer my commendation for the level of service that I received from one of your sales crew – Adrian McCann. Myself and my partner recently travelled business class on a trip around the US that Adrian arranged for us (NY-Orlando-Key West-las Vegas). I wish to note that his level of professionalism throughout and after the booking process was second to none. Despite the fact that I changed my mind on numerous occasions with regard to times and dates etc etc, he never faltered. Even when I rang him at a ridiculous hour of the night from Las Vegas looking for him to extend our trip – this proved no problem whatsoever. His level of service and response was excellent. It was a rather memorable trip for us as we got engaged in Key West. I currently have a list of approx 25 names for the stag party that will be travelling to Las Vegas for the stag party (all business class), and I will definitely be contacting Adrian to sort that out. He is also currently putting together a trip for us for next March to some of the US skiing destinations. You may rest assured that I would recommend Tour America and specifically Adrian to any of my colleagues in the future for their  travel requirements.

The Holiday was great thanks, just a bit of feed back for you, the Rosen Plaza hotel was fantastic, you couldn’t of asked

For more, the rooms were a great size, and the hotel had everything you could want and was right beside everything,

The mini cruise I would recommend to anyone, for someone that had never done a cruise before it gave you a taste

For it, it was just long enough that you didn’t get cabin fever and the entertainment and food was second to none, you couldn’t of

Asked for more, what made this even better was it was only a 50 minute drive from Orlando so it was idea for anyone who

Wanted a break from the theme parks and a chance to do something different.

After the cruise we stayed in the Solana, this is a fab location, the houses are modern and new and the whole place

Is immaculate. The one complaint I would have this year would not be with the house as such but with the welcome centre USA,

We went there on the Friday morning to register for our house (we knew we wouldn’t be able to collect the keys till after 4pm,

So we registered early that day so that we could go off and enjoy the theme parks and then collect our keys from the pick up

Box later that evening, after filling out the required documentation, giving a copy of my ID and credit card the lady gave me the

Drop box number etc, so when we got back at around 10pm that night to collect our keys we couldn’t get them cause we were

Given the wrong number for the pick up box, so after around 4 phone calls later we were eventually given the correct number,

Then we got to Solana and the number were were given for our house didn’t exist, we were told our house number was 2069

And after driving up and down every road there was no house of that number, so we took a chance and pulled into number 206,

So luckly enough this was our house, The people that were in our house before us had never emptied the trash, so we

Arrived to a full rubbish bill with black sacks outside the house, not really a pretty sight. (I did ring up and mention this to

The Tour America Rep as there was signs in the house saying that you would be charged if you didn’t put out the trash)

Appart from this the house its self was superberb.

We also stayed in the Sirrata Beach Resort in St. Petersburg, this hotel was lovely, right on the beach and had everything

Going for it, rooms were a great size and as an added bonus had a fridge, would definitely recommend these to anyone.

While in New York, we stayed in the Holiday Inn Midtown, we booked this hotel ourselves, I’d stayed there about 7 years

Ago, I’d actually forgotton how big the rooms were, out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in NY, I’d definitely recommend the Holiday

Inn Midtown, I know its not smack bang on 34th street, but its in walking distance of everything and room was over double the

Size of the rooms we had in the New Yorker Hotel. As an added bonus there was a swimming pool and a bar up on the roof,

So if you are going to NY in the summer this is definitely the Hotel to stay in.

Hi Christine,

No problems at all with the holiday.

Everyone had a great time. Definitely recommend up-grading the flights to premium economy. Well worth the money.

The location of the house was ideal only 30 mins away from the furthest theme park and 10 mins to the nearest.

The house was excellent and the pool proved useful with four kids to keep occupied.

All in all my only regret was not going for longer. 12 days would have been perfect.

The weak dollar helped and the average meal bill for 7 adults and 4 children was 250 dollars. The dearest was about 35 dollars a head.

Would recommend this type of pack to any family and will be using your services again.

In my opinion and my family the service you provided was top class and deserving of repeat business from me.
